Cover illustration and illustrations for the main advertorial about the new Seat models, whose edition celebrates 25 years of Seat in Mexico through the SunSeat campaign. Under the art direction of Fernando Frías, the illustrations had to align with the SunSeat campaign's identity, both in concept and in visual elements and color.

Alternate movie poster for the 2011 film "Oslo, August 31st" by Joachim Trier @nobledanceroslo (one of my favorite directors) starring by Anders Danielsen Lie @andersdanielsenlieofficial and part of a poster series inspired by the Oslo Trilogy. And what if the Criterion Collection then used it for a special edition DVD and Blu-ray release? The illustration is based on pencil drawing on paper later scanned and remastered in Adobe Photoshop.

Personal project inspired in the 2023 Wim Wenders film "Perfect Days". I wanted to try out the illustration by applying it both to a poster and to a fictional commission for a special edition DVD and Blu-ray of The Criterion Collection.

Illustration for the Bitso launching "Película de Acciones", a cinematic brand campaign starring Eiza González. The centerpiece of the Out-of-Home advertising activation was a large-scale hand-painted mural in CDMX, designed to look and feel like a genuine Hollywood blockbuster poster. "The poster should feel like it belongs on a Hollywood street, not in a brand campaign. Specially inspired by illustrated action movie posters. As we have Eiza’s star power we really want her to be the hero of the movie poster and star of the poster". Art direction by Blanca Rendón and Andrea Contreras, from Bitso México.

I'm big fan of The Smashing Pumpkins since late 90's and I always I wanted to make a kind of tribute poster for them. After a lot of back and forth for several months I created a non oficial poster, just for fun, for the gig of this September at Tokyo as part of the The Aghori Tour.  The Illustration and poster design were made in Adobe Photoshop (Desktop / iPad), Adobe Illustrator CC, Wacom Cintiq and iPad/Apple Pencil, based on a quick sketch I made during the 2020 lockdown.

Set of illustrations for different singles of the Mexican-American band Denloc formed in Colorado, United States and Colima, Mexico. The project management was in charge of Rafael Comparán. Some illustrations are original pencil drawings on paper, remastered and colored in Adobe Photoshop with Wacom Cintiq, others are illustrations were made on Adobe Fresco, Procreate for iPad Pro and Adobe Photoshop.

Victoria is one of the top beers in Mexico but has less fanfare in the US. To celebrate the brand's roots, we created limited edition packaging around one of the most unique celebrations in the world, Día De Los Muertos.  I worked with the Chicago based Upshot Agency to spotlight one of the holiday's most iconic characters, the Catrina. We used the Catrina as a way to showcase the core belief of the holiday, that for one day the dead can cross to the world of the living and celebrate with their loved ones.  The Catrina and the set of illustrations were used across primary and secondary packaging, social and digital displays and featured an AR experience that allowed for consumers to engage further with the packaging. Some sort of tribute to Dolores O'Riordan. I love the The Cranberries music since I was 14 years old and "Zombie" is still one most intense pieces of music I've even heard. Poster design and set of illustrations inspired by the Netflix documentary that examines the background and the career of the french basketball player Tony Parker. The original client expected bold, simple and striking approach with two versions, one for the French Team Basketball and another one for the San Antonio Spurs. A design where graphic and illustrative routes were all welcome. At the end this project wasn't used hence I treat it as a personal one. The poster design includes an A2 Tony's portrait made with pencil on paper remastered and colored in Adobe Photoshop.
